Slipcover from the classic Horror Grail Sleepaway camp 2. Slipcover appears to have been at a formal movie rental at one point. My guess for that would be because there is a plastic type of laminate wrapped around the artwork that is the same material found on many movies that where in movie rental stores to help keep the structural integrity. The top flap is still in tact, but starting to peel back. The writing and stickers are underneath the laminate but besides those things, its the one and only copy you will find anywhere online. The visuals of the artwork are still completely legible, and it is still fully intact structurally. Besides the flap which could be easily repaired, the laminate wrap preventing the sticker removal and writing, which gave it more movie store vibes IMO.
